Things have been tense and tiresome lately. My mom went back into the hospital for a few days; my dad called on Monday morning, early, to tell me he rushed her to the ER be/c she couldn't breathe. So essentially this is what happened (as I wrote to Jliz earlier today):
My mom..is still in the hospital. Its actually pretty scary what happened. She has the IV line and the MDs think that one of two things may have happened to cause her to stop breathing and like become sub-unconscious: 1. There was an air bubble in her IV line or 2. She developed a blood clot. Now this scares me a lot be/c both can essentially kill you (not being dramatic, I swear) in a short amount of time. Also, she is home alone for the majority of the day so it was almost like the best of luck that my dad was home be/c, you know, she couldn’t really talk to call 911 when she like stopped breathing. I just, it worries me be/c my dad had suffered TGA the summer before last and his odds of that happening again are really high, so its like, what if that happens again and then with my mom its like the blind leading the blind …? So I am just worried a lot lately. Trying to think about the future but not overwhelmingly…I need to, realistically, stay closer to home or make enough and have a job that is flexible enough to fly home or leave home whenever…anyway. I don’t know. I just, I’m worrying. Oh well right?

Anyway. And work is still...work so thats not much help either. i just want to crawl into bed and sleep the rest of the year away.
